By using the ChatPin browser extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ChatPin is a productivity tool for archiving AI conversations. We do not provide AI services themselves; we only provide a management interface for your chat history.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you archive. You must not use ChatPin for any illegal purposes or to violate the terms of the AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).

4. Limitation of Liability

ChatPin is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any data loss caused by changes in third-party AI platforms' UI or APIs.

5. Subscription & Refunds

Pro subscriptions are handled via Paddle. Refunds are subject to Paddle's and our internal refund policy.
